You have been seeing images like this over the internet,
Today i' ll show you how i do mine...
First we need 2 images(Apple and Lion)
.After getting your image first you open your Apple image in photoshop
Now double click on the padlock on the background layer to unlock it
2. You open your lion image copy it(ctrl+a ctrl+c) and paste(ctrl+v) it on the apple.
3. You resize it with your free transform tool by typing CTRT+T, reduce the opacity of the lion layer to 50% so that you can see the apple.
4. Select your eraser tool(b) make sure you choose the hard-round brush. Now erase the parts of the lion you wont be needing.
5. Select your eraser again this time you choose the soft-round brush, now you erase until the edges and increase the lion opacity to 100%.

And you are done, to spice it up you can change the blend mode of the lion layer to Hardlight.
